The perfect strategy is to supplement professional knowledge (hard skills) with skills of working with people (soft skills). Because knowledge is worth nothing without the ability to apply it with teammates, partners or clients.
HOW I WORK
APPROACH
I use the techniques of acting, stage improvisation, coaching, applied psychology and even tricks for training FBI agents. But I'm not a healthcare facility, I have no approved treatment protocols.
My task is to understand everyone's needs and pains. And only then I do write the prescription. After all, each team and each client is unique.

Forming a team sharing common values is an integral part of any training. We remove communication barriers, learn to support each other, listen and hear. Training participants lose the fear of manifesting, and instead gain the courage to accept responsibility and search the solutions. These skills stay with them forever, both at work and in their personal life.

I create comfortable environment allowing each participant to make mistakes and try again. This makes it easier to achive goals like never before.
